    A: Yes, you can access the Management system on any Android device. You can access the Widget system (Stock Levels only) on any Apple or Android device
  3. Q: How accurate is the Order Dynamics data?
    A: We have integrated systems in place at all Wholesalers, the entire stock on hand process is automated and extremely accurate
  4. Q: How ‘Live’ is the Order Dynamics data?
    A: Most Wholesalers send automated updates every two to three hours.
  5. Q: What Customer Support can I expect from Order Dynamics?
    A: Our Customer Support Centre team is available from 7:30am to 8:30pm. If you problem cannot be resolved telephonically a technician will contact you will contact you within 24 hours.
  6. Q: Can I get raw data extracts from Order Dynamics to my FTP server?
    A: Yes, we offer this service to most of our clients for an additional fee
  7. Q: Does the system reduce paperwork and save time?
    A: Yes, the system is an electronic system to reduce paperwork.  Most options are drop downs thus saving time.
